Vancouver

Granville Island – kinda similar to Navy Pier but so much more – it’s a farmer’s market, arts & Crafts, gift shops, and restaurant bar area with some great views

Gastown – similar to Pioneer Square in Seattle – kinda like Old Town Chicago but so much more – old architecture, restaurants and bars, and gift shops

Stanley Park – kinda like our Grant Park or NY Central Park

Robson Street - - kinda like Clark Street with a bunch of shops

Chinatown – no great shakes and surrounding area is kinda sketchy but the food is great – New Town Bakery (pretty sure) – on Pender St in the heart of Chinatown – Apple Tarts – absolutely incredible – So good I had once considered calling them to have them fedex me a couple of dozen
